R7 Client and R10 Server Changelist

Added 15 second spawn timer for Conquest/Rush gamemodes at the start of round to prevent high end machines getting the upper hand before other machines load in.

great so now ive got the ATI fix so i can fet in the server quickly im now going to wait 15 seconds

yes i do agree but why the fcuk bring it out straight after the ATI peeps get a fix so they can get in game the same speed as the nvidia gaylords, hardware bias game makers, does nvidia get advertised by EA?
