Battlefield 3 minimum PC specifications !

Battlefield 3 is expected to test the power of most PC gamer's machines after many a showcase of its impressive looking graphics. Now the GameStop listing for the first-person shooter has been updated to reveal exactly how much power it will require to run and run well.

One thing you may immediately notice is that if you are still running a Windows XP machine, it is time to upgrade to Windows 7. Battlefield 3 will require at least Windows Vista to run and well, we're all better off if Vista is skipped. DICE recommends the 64 bit version of Windows 7 for the best performance.

Also, while Battlefield 3 can run off a dual core processor it will perform best with a quad-core CPU from Intel or AMD.
