yes swastika now a days is mainly linked with nazis, skinheads and other extreme groups.

But it is actually comes from sanskrit and means "well being".
Used in dharmic religions (bhuddism, jainism etc.).
IIn history often worn as a good luck charm and can be seen in architechture, addorning armour, in religous text, used in marriage invitations. mainly in far east and going across into europe.
The symbol can be found used in many cultures,races and countries all over the world
It wasnt until 1920s when the nazis used this symbol thinking the "well being" message described their desires to create a perfect race and all would be well.

Unfortunately as i said before the latter use of the symbol became infamous and remembered more for that than its historical origins.
As proved in the case of some native american tribes who used the symbol to represent "the whirling winds" used in healing rituals. On learning the link with the nazis they then rejected the symbol.

So the symbol itself depends on your personal outlook.

But then linking with BNP suggests racial tendencies in this case
