not enough airflow in the case? dust in the fans or in the gfx cards cooling system? mayb cpu is near the card and gets too hot? mayb renew thermal paste between cpu and fan.

and afaik vegas strsses the gfx card alot

I've a 7950 gx2 (twin card) with both the core and memory being overclocked and even playing GRAW the bottom card temp doesnt get over 65'C, so 105 is really, really hot !!

Try the above first m8, if your pc is sat on the floor it will be full of carpet fluff. Also consider investing in either additional fans for the case. Make sure that the direction of flow is correct i.e blowing in from the front and blowing out at the back. I have four fans just for the case two 4 inch one on the front, one on the back and one on the top. you can get low noise fans so its not too much of a problem.

If its an nvidia card you should be able to get software which allows you to set the fan speed to 100% constent.

If your feeling really adventurous consider a water cooling set up, but its not for the faint hearted as _A can tell you. Cooling is always an issue especially if you overclock your rig. If its a twin card setup water cooling is best. If its a single card you can get an additional cooling fan that sits directly in a slot blow the card. I've tried this once and it worked fine. But you may find just abit of 'de fluffing' will fix the problem .

The joys of gaming :)

My x1950 is running at 54c on stock settings. I would clean ya fan out and put some new paste on it.
