Anyone got SKY HD ?

I suppose you don't have a choice cos you have kids bud, so you might as well make it HD.

Haven't looked back since I built my media centre PC. One little box and it plays DVDs, CDs, downloaded movies, records the TV to HDD, and also runs 24/7 as a server and for downloading stuff overnight. Only has the one HDD and one DVD drive, and a modest little graphics card so it doesn't use much power to run. Mine's been on for about two years so far, and only been turned off when we've had power cuts.

Also has one of those IR emitters so it can tell the Sky box to change channels in the middle of the night and can stream live or recorded TV to any computer in wireless range.

if you got the money (which you always seem to 80 ) then yeh go for sky HD

i dont get the HD package anymore but still got the box so get free BBC HD which i always thought was the best quality HD channel
but theres quite a few more sky HD channels now how much of it is true HD and how much is upscaled i dunno
like i said if ya got the money to blow then go for it, footie in full HD is fandabydozie
