do i boot off it to get it to work?

ye when you first boot the cd it will give you an option to install straight away or boot into Ubuntu off the cd to try it before you install this option does not change anything.

So if you want to install it just boot the cd and choose install.

installed it took a little while but now what i dont see the prog anywhere during start up and cant find it on my pc?
do i need to go to bios to find it or something?

it depends were you installed it to (which drive) try swaping them over.

ok when i swaped em over i know get the NTLDR is missing.
have i instaled that Ubuntu on the wrong drive and how do i uninstall it now?

looking at the HDD's the main one is pluged in the top
then the next HDD with the other OS is under that
and the HDD i use as storage is under that
