If ya mainly building a machine for gaming then a Gigabyte Motherboard is supposed to be very good. Ask _T about motherboards though cos he's good at that, he gave me a lot of advice when ,mine was playing up.

Yeah I would go with a gigabyte board _L m8, i've got the 8PENXP FSB800/DUAL CHANNEL DDR400/AGP8X SATA with a 2.8 P4 and it runs sweet as m8, but if u got the pennies get a bigger processor like a 3.2

L m8 the difference between pc2100 and pc 3200 is the speed of the memory

Yep i'll agree used Gigabyte boards for past 6years and neva a problem, recently switched to MSI (PC World neva sold Gigabyte, lol) and also not had one problem with it.

Bollocks to those pentium suggestions. If you want a decent gaming PC, go with AMD. Get the 64-bit FX53.
