RavenShield Awards 2004 (spin off from _R's 2003)

Okay, we got a good reception last year from _R's so I thought it'd be time to see if people#s opinions have changed and if I still have the most annoying voice on TS (bastards)

Voting goes as follows:
All people get 1 vote for each section (put ya second favs if ya want but they won't be accounted for )
For personal awards no voting for yourself.
I will count all votes in a weeks time and announce the final winners for 2004
