Only 42k on the Clock and had its first belt change at 29k and the guy got it serviced this week so ok for the moment. Paying alittle bit over the top for it but its Mint for 6 year old car all standard. Got a nice Alpine 9*** series stereo coming today and ordering a full de-cat stainless steel system next week.
They come with 2 cats on them !! so removing the cat's with a straight through system it will add about 25 - 30 bhp straight off Can't be raging it all the time tho cause it runs on Optimax what's that nower days 93p a litre !! <!-- s8O --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt="8O" title="Shocked" /><!-- s8O -->

Gonna have to share my motoring history with you guys some time I suppose...
Started off in the early 90s with a 1980 Metro automatic (wanted an auto for the confidence, no jokes about needing to keep a hand free!), ran the shit out of it for a good three or four years before trading it in for... another metro automatic...
Got that one smacked in the side about 6 months later by some air force guy on leave doing 80 down a country lane. Car was hit so hard it knocked me halfway down the road and the floor actually bent and warped ... managed to drive it away with it constantly leaning to the left Of course it was written off.
Replacement for that was a Metro auto (hehe), insurance paid up nicely so I got a top of the range one (no laughing!) with the fake wooden panelling, electric windows, sunroof, etc. Put that one in a ditch on its side, written off.
About 2 months later, the metro auto that replaced that skidded on a patch of ice, flipped the nose in a ditch, and did a 180 over a hedge (cleared it without breaking it!) and smack onto its roof in a field, with me hanging upside down by a seatbelt... Surprisingly I was unscathed. Until I released the seatbelt and landed in all the broken glass
Chalk up another write-off to me.
Replacement for that was a metro auto (haha). Scaffolding pole came off the back of a lorry, bounced on the road, and went and smack through the front of it, skewering the tyre into the chassis. Came to a grinding halt in the fast lane, car behind swerved to avoid me and went into the crash barrier. The pole hadnt hit anything vital (although for a split second I thought it was going to go right through me instead of the front of the car...). Removing the pole and changing the wheel the car was amazingly fine (other than a whacking great hole in the front), and I left it 3 months before having the damage fixed.
A week after I spent a fortune having a wing replaced to get it fixed up (by now I didnt want to lose my no-claims yet again, and hadnt gotten the details of the lorry to claim on his as the sod had just kept on driving), I ram into the back of someone on a roundabout. Scrunch, write-off.
Decided by now that metro autos were cursed and got a Peugeot 309, which did me a good few years before it got too expensive to keep on the road, replaced with a Vauxhall Corsa which (knock on wood) is still ok.

yep optimax is a bloody killer. i have to use it in mine. You cant put a stright through pipe instead of the cat m8 you will get yanked in the next MOT. I have a straight through pipe on my G60 but mine is a 91 so it does not need a CAT. You will need what they call a sport cat which is a cat but has larger holes in the honeycomb allowing less back pressure to build up and effecting the ponies.
