But ill explain as good as i can

Take your youtube link eg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LqpGiwNtMvY

Then remove the watch? bit so it looks like this

http://www.youtube.com/v/=LqpGiwNtMvY

Then add your hieght and width you require im still trying to figure out best size though
I usually use 450 by 300
