Las Vegas Pc Review !!

Well, I took a few days off work in anticipation of playing the new RVS4, so lots of sleep accumilated just to get some time behind the keyboard. OMG, what do I find, it's been postponed ! , Luckily a friend of a friend of a friend hooks me up with the game (Wink Wink) and 5 hours later I'm cooking on gas. Booted the missus out, gave her my credit card and advised a long shopping trip to aleviate her "Nagging Syndrome" apparently this is a very contageous disease so keep them tucked up with lots of red wine and it avoids most of the affects of the disease.

Anyway to the Game ffs I hear you say.....
Well, I started with Terrorist Hunt, hmm disappointed with the graphics, and oh fgs, seen these maps before! theres a lot of remakes on the maps, seem to be a bit more cramped than the ones in RvS but at least the windows don't completely blow out and the stuff moves when you walk into it etc. Terrorist AI is bloody good, can't hide from these FcUKers and they arent the usual FcUKwits that just shout "whuu" and go back to sleep.

Abandoned Terrorist Hunt as a bad job and started to lose faith in the nUBI rubish they brought us from Xbox.

I Think, have I given it a good go? probably not, okay try again, this time its Story Time. This is looking better, even game play but I do keep fragging my teammates every time I try to lean cos Q is the frag button. Not bad maps here, finally getting used to this 3rd person hide and shoot lark. Finished the Single Player game in 11 hours.

Verdict

Graphics: not bad but expect XBox type screens

Weapons: Limited, they all tend to do the same thing, Ret movement is small

Gameplay SP: Not bad, but the 3rd person shooting makes it a bit easy even on co-op

Gameplay MP: Theres gonna be a lot of fires burning out there hiding behind boxes, This is not the Run and Gun game I was expecting

Overall Gameplay: SWAT4 clans must be rubbing theyre cocks together.

Final Words of W isdom: Well it seems nUBI have done it again really, keeping it cheap by using the xbox original for the Single Player Couch Potato Nob Jockeys has ruined it. The need to remake old RvS maps shows they didnt really think much when making it for the PC Gaming community. The Graphics Engine is a bit extreme for what you get but then thats what it takes to run an x-box game.

W ould I buy it? Probably for xmas but then give it to the dog to chew if I had a dog.
W ould I Upgrade for it? Hell no, But then I would sell the kids if I didnt have a pc already capable................. if I had kids.
W ould I play online? hmmmm, difficult one, if everyone went there, maybe, but rather depends on what help UBI are going to be, by putting the lean feature back in, modding the rets bounce, and changing those hideous maps to something worth playing, anythings possible, but then stuffing something up my arse and calling me a Taffy Apple is also possible, but would never happen.

So, buy it, loath it, SWAT4 it.

Looks ok to me too; bigger than RvS and the graphics should also be better. Lets hope the game play is the same if not improved and we should be quids in
