same as usual, siggy wont work. 
Just had same prob on my site and had to do it through admin <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt="

Works in post...............
Not in sig <!-- s:? --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_confused.gif" alt="" title="Confused" /><!-- s:? -->
