FcUK Bad Company 2 Beta Download.

MMmmm it grows on ya for sure and we'll get some good games from this game.

BUT


It will annoy the hell out of ya and is very frustrating at times. It will never beat COD4 for weapons accuracy, precision and movement of your charactor.

This is not a close quarter battle or individual battle game, it promotes working together as a team so it is squad based. The weapons seem child like to me, they lack FcUKING BALLS and are very weak. (seriously a clip and a half to drop someone)

All that said it will keep us amused for a good few months and it is only one map we're playing here.

I agree with _I there, definitely have to be in a squad and comms is a great advantage. We had some good games last night when we worked together

The beta is in arcade mode sorta (takes a clip and _X to stab before they go down), we have been spoiled wih Hardcore mode on the CODs

Read in some places theres going to be a hardcore mode which includes:

* No Killcam
* Friendly Fire ON
* No Aiming Reticule - Ironsights Only (and Scopes and Red Dot of course)
* Higher Bullet Damage
* No Minimap
* No HUD whatsoever
* No Spotting On-screen Indicators
* Sensorballs just start to piep, when somebody moves in it's area of effect (and only a limited number active per team)

I like most of that apart from the spotting indicators, its fun sitting on a hill (all be it with G) playing sniper spotting for your mate.

I noticed a few hardcore servers on browser earlier Elliot Ness servers have a bunch

Might be worth a look later..
Ok just back from trying Hardcore mode out
Alot easier to kill people 1 shot snipes
Couples hits to kill with assult rifle

But there is a downside on the server i was playing on
there is no levels and you get no points for kills..you can only use defualt weapons
Not sure if this is because it could of been unranked or if this a downside of playing hardcore mode

I hope the servers are in Europe ??? my ping is crap at the best of times
