Nope has to be done in the Ini file m8
If you go in your Documents
Then find BFBC2 folder
you will see a few files you need to go into
the setting file and open it with notepad
Then look for FOV and it should have a number next to it
I think its default to 55 if i remember m8
I have mine set to 59.000004 witch gives you a 90 degree FOV
But the bigger the number you pick the further everything becomes
