LAN file transferhelp

u might have a USB 1.1 port then.. because this one has a transfer rate of 12 MBit/s

the router is set up the same for both pc's, so it sounds like the usb 1.1 could be to blame.
next qusetion has to be are any of these 2.0?
Usb root hub x3
USB composite device x1
Standard openHCD USB host controller x2
Standard Enhanced PCI to USB host controller X1
Generic USB Hub x1

im guessing u use onbard usb ports. which mother board do u have (exact version number)

yeh onboard usb, looking at the user manual it looks like all 4 usb connectors are 2.0
pure Innovation Radion Xpress 200P PI-A9RX480.

i got a couple of 2.0 on my case as well so gonna give it ago on one of them
