Yes they started throttling, I noticed this on port 119 (news groups).

They went back on the decision due to the fact they told nobody. Who's to say they will start throttling again but this time tell us. I must admit Nildram don't give me the service they once did. I'm due a change again. Hows your new ISP going ?

i'm using news groups at the moment and it's sweet, Nildram went to pot when Pipex bought them !!

Yeah new ISP is good had no issues so far and £29.99 for 350gb limit office Max is good in my eyes, did 170gb's last month !! ;)

Yep it is 45gb on peak (08:00 - 22:00) and 300gb off peak (22:00 - 08:00) & (22:00 Friday - 08:00 Monday )
