Format the SD card on FAT32 then drop all the files from the R4 CD in the English-1.24 folder on to the card, also make a new folder on the card called Games then drop all your .nds files in there.
When you put the SD card in the R4 card and plug it in the DS and switched it on it will load up with the R4 menu then tap the left icon then you will see ya Games folder, press A then you'll see all ya games.

got it cheers _A, mine didnt work with the 1.24 kernal for some reason so updated to the latest 1.25 now works.
picked up of the site while i was there ROM Trimmer just gonna give it a go see how much smaller it makes the files

biggest i got is 262 , the trimmer works ok but dont do batch trimming
