I was getting that when i first installed the game and it was happening when i joined a game online which was either G's or J's server i don't know who was hosting it.
But when i hosted the server i didn't get that problem and _J said it was running better for him maybe i have a better connection (i don't know), which leaves me to believe that it may be a net code problem where some threshold is set too low and it kicks players if it reaches the low threshold. (stab in the dark).
If this was happening this afternoon while you was trying to join either G's or J's game then that might be the problem. The question is was you getting that error with me last night or was you just getting booted to desktop with a different error? If so then ignore my stab in the dark theory.

Client side servers only m8 ! That's why we have setup the windows for games live accounts. Maybe some dedicated files in the future but i doubt it.
