graphics - 9800pro sapphire for about £150 from many online retailers, u can't go wrong with that price! don't spend too much on an agp card as pci express coming out soon so all AGP cards gonna come crashing down
as for mobo's, i'm an epox whore, always have been always will be - but then im not sure how epox are for pentium, i run an amd machine
go for fastest possible memory, get 2 chips of it, preferably 2 x 512, pc3200 is cheap. also make sure u get good stuff. i use twinmos myself which is very very good, or indeed corsair also is extremely good but for the lower price i'd recommend twinmos to anyone
