The game came from play.com and wasnt security sealed, so I reckon some sod has been in and copied the serial, support request in to EA to get it sorted.

Or if you fileshare (on certains programs) you get naughty people in yer box helping themselves to allsorts of helpfull things such as cd keys, wifes naked photos and spreading them to friends. ok got a replacement game from Play.com. I hadnt had the last one installed for 5 minutes before trying it online so I dont think anyone stole the key off my PC (although now im getting paranoid about all the other software!!!). They reckon it was a return but I reckon one of their warehouse staff is a thieving git cause nobody accepts computer game returns once opened.
