I tried capturing video from intro movie and it really lagged...any ides?

if your using fraps and capturing own clip like i do:

Open avi in Image ready, cut trim, resize, edit as you see fit.
Jump to Photoshop, expand canvas, drop in background, do your text, locate movie (linking all movie together if you want to move it)
Jump back to Image ready and save the [u:3s4ee5px]optimized[/u:3s4ee5px] gifjobs a good one

I managed to get 2.5gb of clips down to 1.5mb so ya shouldnt have problem just dont use jasc gif animator in a rush like i did as it nacks up gif timing thats why minse wee bit slow
