Dad moved to the south UK (Eastbourne), and need internet access.

In Norway, he used ADSL for a monthly fee, uncapped home internet, and cellphone subscription for mobile internet (capped).

Dear ol' dad needs a uncapped (preferably with home installed wireless router or 3G access - router through phone) access.

What can I recommend?

Is there any ADSL companies that gives free installation, is there any mobile companies that gives free (uncapped PC access at a montly rate) internet?

Tried Three (3), but they said that there was no tethering (internet on PC through phone), so he's shit outta luck.

How do you natives do it?

Boom, Most ADSL Companies will give free install and uncapped Download.

Also I work for T-Mobile and we do the below it has a 1gb limit but between 16:00 and 00:00 but even then you can surf the web just cant download.

So from 00:01 till 16:00 it is unlimited. (I get discount as well !)
