2) Update DirectX
3) Turn off AA in the game AND make sure their video card utility is set to "Allow Application to Decide" for AA
4) Set the game resolution and refresh rate to be the same setting as their Windows (check this in display properties)

You can do this ingame turn off AA also you can do it on your graphics card drivers App.
But if you have done the other 3 things i will unban you and you can try .
