wonderin if it worth upgrading to a XFi fatality from an audigy 2 ZS?

anyone done this and find a great deal of difference?

ill be using it with 5.1 zalman headphones most of the time and BF2.

I have a audigy 2 ZS and works just fine for me with my Plantronics Headphones, i wont be upgrading mine for a while don't see the point, i can hear everything i want to hear 100% already.
