if i go into MY COMPUTER and type cache in the seach bar i get shit loads of stuff come up is this good or bd . ? advise pls

mmm could be a problem... go in and type hardcore* and post here how many items come up then.. cld be a infestation..

there seems to be old files but if i delete them will it affect anything else

no u need to go in to search and type...... hardcoretee*.. and post how many items come up and the first and last dates

_O m8, just use the system tools to clear all old NOT NEEDED files

start/all programs/accessories/system tools/ diskclean up

that will scan your disk and give you th option of deleting any un wanted files, you cant hurt your pc using it
