Rvs Ubisoft login problems

Lads,

I've been havin terrible trouble with loggin into ubisoft through ravenshield.
My username and password work fine on the website, but when i try to login through RVS it either a) Freezes b) tells me to go fcUK myself c) does nothin

Any suggestions? I've tried looking at my firewall but all the permissions are set correctly.
