I thinking of updating my old P4 3.2Ghz machine tell me what you think of these

Dont buy Corsair 2GB PC2-8500 C5 XMS2 Dominator (2x1GB) it wont work on the Motherboard !! i know cause i have some and it hasnt worked on 2 different Gigabyte boards !.
