handy little utility

Just found a handy little thing called "End it all"........... errrrr no i know what your thinking! But it isnt a way of saying goodbye to this cruel world!
Its like task manager but shuts down all uneeded background processes that aren't needed. Thus speeding up game play or disk defrag or whatever your doing by freeing up your computer usage.
I advise if your downloading it that you read instructions and fully understand it, which is simple enough, just to make sure you protect the files you need running like internet! which comes in handy for online gaming
