sound keeps going, 1 sec i could hear J talking then i couldnt if i moved channel i could then hear him but he couldnt hear me, when i jump back into the same channel we can talk fer a few seconds then he gets muted again

what sound card you got? dont know if its a sound lag or intamissent sound problem but its bad enough to make it unusable
