Any one know where i can get a FREE email spam blocker i am getting bombbarded with fcukin spam

I downloaded MAILWASHING and last night from 10pm till 11pm i got 456 emails mailwasher seems to work perfect

they are all ones about undelivered mail any one had this ot know how to stop it
