New Registration Process .

I have implemented a new Registration Process, When people register now I will have to approve there applications, checking IP Address's, Email Account used and more, And if I’m not happy with the Applicants details I can reject there Application but if all ok I can approve and they will be setup as a registered member.

Also I have removed the webmail Module. So it's not there to be hacked and abused now.
