AOL should of put through a Migration ticket for it but they Cancelled the fucking line instead and they won't revert it to a migration ticket either, so unfortunately 10-D needs to charge Brett as a new activation because we will be charged by BT Wholesale.
Also there will be no soft hand over ( 2hr down time) from AOL to 10-D either so we need to wait until AOL cut him off then it will take between 5 to 10 working days for BT whole to activate it again on 10-D.
