Where do I report cheaters found on the fcuk servers?

Today (7th March 2005 @ 13:00 - 13:30 GMT) on the HL2DM server at 83.223.104.25 I saw an obvious cheat.

He was using a speed hack to run around at insane speeds.

His name was kuk and his steam id was 6016042. many other players witnessed this idiot also.

I've checked the logs and i can see everyones comments ingame etc so i have banned his steam ID.
