God some people have issues !!

Im no big fan of islam, infact might put cartoon on my webby n they can come round my house n kick off if they want, but ya gotta love the way media chooses to focus on the extremists.

They probably got footage of average mr n mrs mohammed muslim saying
"meh its only a cartoon who gives tikka"
and thought nah thats far too boring, ooooh look some extremists...........

"Europe shall burn in jihad, we will kill you all, our brothers will unite and lash out at our opressors!"

"oooooh we'll run this instead much more interesting."

Media sucks!

The media is over-reacting, but then eagin, so are the muslims. There are plenty of stupid cartoons about jesus and christianity - just read viz for some funny examples. However, when I see one of these cartoons, my immediate reaction is to snigger, not dress up in combats and stand out front of John Brown publishing house setting fire to my back issues of Viz. I think the problem is just the touchiness of the clerics. The arab world is very much set in it's ways, and has trouble accepting new ideas, very much like the southern states of the U.S.

It's not all bad though. I have some lads from the UAE and Saudi on my course, and they're all a good laugh. It goes to show that with each passing generation, the political atmosphere gets a little bit more relaxed.

I'd better shut up now, someone is yelling Oy Vey, and has just parked an FAV covered in C4 outside me front door. Might have something to do with me trying to score off a bunch of hassidic jews. (In my defence, I thought they were rasta's)

Just seems damn weird to me that so many wars are waged in the name of various religions that preach peace and understanding
