the odds on the english lotto of 14 million-1 for 6 numbers from 49, and the odds for the same numbers to appear in the next draw are the same 14 million - 1, but what is the probability of that.....?

so I change my numbers 7-21-28 to 20-26-40 on the belief that the new numbers are more likely to appear before older numbers rotate again,this is my theory and time will prove right or wrong,most probably........
