if i had to bet on percentages _Z then surely the better bet would be 31-45.
the point being that no number should relay come out more than any number so the real percentages should all be around 20% making it higher odds on between 41-45 coming out than 11-20.
if i was to bet on percentages i think i would go for that but the reality is any number has the same odds as any other number coming out
