Server Page

Hello FcUK, none of you me but basically i wanted to enquire about your server page, i've seen it about on the net but i cannot find it for the life of me so i can use it on my site. All links and stuff i've found are dead or something - so er, why did i post here and not on some other site? i dunno! Fellow countrymen I suppose! Any help would be greatly appreciated, my server page seems to have gone tits up since 1.5 came along.
