Netspeed problem?

it seems i have some kind of prob with my netspeed..
the past few days, whenever i enter a server (not our server though) i get kicked by PB
something about my netspeed.. (probably too high?)
anywayz... i've never changed anything in RVS
so i was wondering what's the problem? and can i fix it?

yeah, tried it.. and seems to work
I also found that the restrictions are given, when you look into your console
(stupid i didnt checked that first)

i still wonder... why is it that this happened all of a sudden? i havnt changed anything..
or are it just some NooBish restrictions, made by those server admins..
And what's the problem when it's &quot;too high&quot;??
