Teamspeak - Password needed?

Hey guys,

Just trying to set up the Teamspeak client but when I try and connect to the server it says in a very nice voice "Error", and gives me the following:

Bad Login (name and/or password wrong)

This is connecting by clicking the links on the right-hand bar on the website... do I need to get a password set up or something?
