Can be run in travelers mode (portable app, doesn't install on host os, can be run directly from card). 128 bits AES crypto (same as ze aremican notianal suricety anecgy), serpent or twofish encryption or an combination.
You can create a random file on the memoryschtick (i.e. dirty.donkey.pron.avi) and mount it in TrueCrypt and ittl show up as a separate harddrive with on the fly encryption (On my dual-core the encryption is faster than my disk, making no impact on saving times)
Or if you want to go james bond style, you can create an encrypted volume with a password and store non-sensitive info and create a hidden volume inside, possibly making it three-time 128 bits encrypted and hidden within a hidden file. Beat that.
You can also make an HD install, and it comes up with a password prompt at windows start and you can mount the HD for the duration of the windows session making it a normal virtual disk with encryption.
You can also encrypt the entire boot-partition of your disk and demand a decrypt pw on boot, making the HD even more secure than bios boot passwords.
