Microphone Problems on Vent

My microphone is having some problems on vent as some of you know. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to what the problem is and how to sort it.
When I speak there seems to be some sort of fuzz or something (I don't know what it sounds like, Y and G should know) but its keep happening and I'd like some help sorting it.

Any Ideas anyone???

I remember a similar problem a while back that had to be got around by loading vent+whatever game in a particular order. Have you tried loading the game first then alt-tabbing out to put vent on?

Also, try disabling any in-game voice chat facilty that might be interfering with vent.

have you tried usin a different mic?

Yeah, so far I have used three different mics and they all produce the same result.

I cleaned out the computer earlier so i don't know if thats going to help. I'll let you know on that one.
